Donald Ramenian, our experienced business and real estate attorney, has built a practice which encompasses all aspects of real estate law, business litigation, corporate law and commercial debt collection. He has extensive litigation and trial experience and has successfully represented his clients in both arbitrations and trials for more than 25 years. His unique and business-oriented approach to litigation, premised on identifying litigation risks and potential business solutions early in the dispute process, is designed to help reduce his clients’ risks and litigation costs.
He routinely advises his clients in real estate transactions, financing, land use and development related matters. He also provides counseling to corporations and board members concerning a wide array of corporate law and corporate governance issues.
Our skillful, certified business attorney recognizes that every case is different, so he works closely with his clients from the very beginning in order to develop a flexible plan and a winning strategy. Donald Ramenian is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in California, and is a member of the Litigation and Real Estate sections of the California State Bar, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the National Association of Realtors.
In addition to his substantial legal experience, Donald R. Ramenian has real-world business experience that enhances the counsel he provides to our clients. He is a licensed real estate broker and has developed multiple properties in Southern California.
